Musings
When is a blog not a blog? When it’s a Musing!
Latest Special: The Japanese Garden

It must have been about 2018 when we were moving house, that I suddenly realised that the website for Musings.org.uk had not been taken, so I snapped it up.
For as long as I have been doing computers, I have vaguely thought I should explore doing a blog, which is a very different to the standard story-telling website pages. So I started off my Musings by doing some straightforward pages on our move from Hampstead to Kew, but I didn’t really get going till about October 2021 when I wrote a page on Ealing, mainly about Ealing studios but also because the end of covid I was approaching, and I needed yt go to Ealing to deliver some samples.
I kept my blog going for about a year with a number of descriptions of local sites but the last one I did was a year later on Gunnersbury House in October 2022. I think a year is not bad for a blog, and in subsequent years I have made no contributions
However recently I have been buzzing around Kew Gardens on my new chariot, my electric wheelchair and I thought I should do something about cataloguing the photographs I have taken, so this is my new attempt.
But how about the blog format? It seems that after all a blog is not a very good way of cataloguing my life for me, so this time I’m going to resume writing pages. Let’s see how they go.
